I am a passionate counselor and coach with more than a decade of experience in developing people. I believe it is in our nature to learn, grow, share our hearts, and live creatively, so I am passionate about holding a space of honor and care for the journey of the human experience. I have a master’s degree in counseling and 10 years of experience coaching, as well as experience in curriculum development, training, and workshop management. Throughout my career, I have helped transform the lives of those I have the pleasure to serve. I work to help individuals and groups to- Examine patterns and assumptions - Build confidence and learn new skills - Develop greater self-awareness and interpersonal impact Having a career journey through biomedical research, business management, counseling, coaching, and curriculum design, what has remained constant are my passion for growth and empowerment and my belief in the power of the heart and the resilience of the creative spirit.
