I thrive on facing challenges head on with determination and persiverence. I am always willing to try/ learn new things with a positive attitude. I can handle a variety of situations with patience, and the dedication to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. I learn quickly on difficult computer software programs. I have had a substantial amount of experience mangaging multiple sub contracting crews on a variety of different projects, with meeting specific deadlines. I am capable of managing an office, which includes organization, scheduling, ordering products, making travel plans, invoicing, creating work orders, sales orders, purchace orders, filing, creating speadsheets, data entry, written and verbal coorespondence, Etc. I have experience with working with several Big box company's, Home Depot, Lowes, and several others that are no longer operating. I am capable of obtaining, and maintaining private information, background checks etc. I have Co- owned my own remodeling company for Approx. 20 Years, so I understand the responsibilites of both employer and employee. This also has made me understand the importance of being capable of handling a variety of different difficult curcumstances that can arise in a construction business. I look forward to growing as a Professional, and as a person. I have, and will always represent myself, and the company I am employed by with dignity and respect.
