Health is our greatest asset. I’ve spent my career co-creating, developing and strengthening ideas, services and structures that contribute to the health of individuals, families and communities. In my role as Vice President of Regional Care Integration at Fraser Health, I’m focused on: 1. Making care easier to understand and access 2. Enabling effective and satisfying partnerships between those who seek and provide care 3. Achieving the best health outcomes, including maximizing independence and choice as we age. My experience as a clinician and a leader has taught me about the incredible power of providers and teams to continuously improve health care. When you add the voice of those you serve, the result is a compelling and inspiring call to action. Whether improvement requires the assurance of cultural safety, changes to roles and responsibilities or the use of new technology, we succeed through the power of people - people who are invested in growing the asset of individual and collective health.
