About Natalie Meyer

From the beginning, I've had a passion for writing. Even before my handwriting was comprehensible enough to read, I'd fill notebooks with chicken scratch and make my mother help me staple pages of my poetry together. Over the years, that passion flourished, and I took classes in both writing and editing. I found my place within the English department at Elizabethtown College, where I joined the campus newspaper and literary magazine teams for more opportunities to write and help other writers publish their work. So far, I have successfully written over 75 articles, produced 40 print issues of the newspaper and contributed to three iterations of the annual literary magazine. I have helped manage a team of writers and used my skills off-campus to organize and design documents for Yarrington Mills Corporation. I love writing, editing and designing graphics and layouts, and I aspire to be able to continue beyond my time in college. I want to help creative people get their work out into the world, where it can be admired and serve as inspiration for the next generation of artists of all varieties.
