I am a fully qualified CIMA Accountant with over 12 years worth of Accountancy Experience. I have been working within a Manufacturing SME improving bottom line profits, reconciliations and being responsible for the production and analysis of the Financial Statements as a Management Accountant and now as a Group Management Accountant. My role has been very strategic over the years focusing on cash forecasting, budgeting and capital expenditure projects. I have covered the Financial Controller on numerous occasions over the years and have indirectly managed the team whilst they were on Maternity leave. I am also particularly fluent on SAP Business One transactionally but also via SAP Hana, KPI Widget Development and SAP Query Writing. I was the Finance Lead and pivotal in the transformational change implementing SAP Business One into the Company under a Prince2 Project Manager after having an archaic system previously. As the Finance Lead I was responsible for ensuring that the system was fit for purpose, through rigorous testing and conducting a one week Parallel Run to test the system outputs. Through this I had to ensure that I understood not only the finance side of things but also the other business processes such as price lists, purchasing and manufacturing. I am a forward thinker, good problem solver and communicate well within all levels of the business. I am punctual with deadlines and intuitive within business decisions.
