As a current student at Purdue University, I am passionately pursuing a degree in Film/Video Production with a concentration in Screenwriting. Complemented by minors in Spanish, Creative Writing, and English, my academic journey reflects a diverse and well-rounded approach to storytelling. Being a proud member of the John Martinson Honors College, I have successfully completed an Honors Scholarly Project and a Creative Writing Capstone, showcasing my commitment to academic excellence and creative expression. A true global citizen and avid traveler, I immersed myself in four enriching study abroad programs (Indiana University Honors Program for Foreign Language, Purdue University, Semester at Sea) and embarked on an independent backpacking journey. These experiences have not only broadened my cultural horizons but also shaped my perspective as a storyteller. My professional aspirations lie in the realm of storytelling, with a focus on using writing as a powerful tool to amplify underrepresented voices.
