I am a Talent Acquisition Coordinator II at Andersen Corporation, a leading manufacturer of windows and doors. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources from Bethel University. I assist Talent Acquisition Partners in all aspects of recruitment, from tracking and reporting candidate flow to managing and scheduling interviews and offers. In my previous roles, I supported the human resources needs of over 220 employees at Optage, a senior care provider, and oversaw the recruiting and selection of candidates at Presbyterian Homes & Services, a faith-based non-profit organization. I also gained valuable marketing and administrative experience as an intern at Holz Real Estate Group, a Keller Williams affiliate. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement and development, and finding the best talent for the organization.
