About Natalie Schultz

I'm in my third year of college at Southeast Missouri State University. I'm working towards completing my bachelor's degree in integrated marketing, which I hope to finish in the fall of 2024. I'm studying abroad as part of an exchange program at Chung-Ang University in Seoul, South Korea. I decided to expand my knowledge, which is connected explicitly with my international business minor. I will stay abroad until June 2024, as I want to experience an entire school year in a different culture. While I'm no longer in America, I'm still interested in experiences I can gain after I return or remote experiences I can participate in while in South Korea. I am interested in internationally known companies or companies expanding into the international territory. My current study abroad experience shows my strength regarding change and my adaptability to become comfortable in a culture entirely different from my own.While in America, I mainly worked in customer service at restaurants and bars. I've learned how to interact with all types of people and how to value teamwork in a work setting. While I'm incredibly grateful for the skills I gained from those experiences, I wish to expand towards a more professional business setting. I'm seeking internships or positions that align with my skills and interests. While I might not have the previous experience that some companies are looking for, I have a massive drive to be the best, and I can demonstrate my skills in any scenario I'm thrown into. I have a huge desire to learn and always find new things to study. My classes abroad are more challenging than my courses in America, but my urge to study has not slowed down. I quickly pick up on foreign languages, and I'm studying Korean and Japanese to increase my knowledge. I'm always open to inquiries about jobs or just someone wondering about my experiences.
