About Natalie Simpson

As the Head of the Transatlantic and Mediterranean Trades for Maersk Line in North America, I influenced all aspects of trade strategy - direction setting, business development, account based marketing programs, campaign management, market intelligence, opportunity creation, and P&L accountability. With over 18 years of experience working with the global leader in the Shipping and Transportation industry, I developed and executed strategies which have led to major turn-arounds in trades and segments which had historically under performed. With experience working both in North America and in Europe, I have gained key insights on the motivational drivers of a diverse workforce, which has supported my ability to create teams to accomplish complex business objectives. With a proven track record of delivering top-line impacting strategies while simultaneously leading key business transformation initiatives, I am focused on finding opportunities which allow me to diversify my knowledge and expertise within or beyond the shipping & transportation industry.
