I have over twenty years of experience creating, building, and maintaining programs, most of which are rooted in social justice. If you look at my strengths assessment, you will see my top three intelligences are self, social, and spatial. My strengths lead me to being an excellent self-starter and leader through understanding how to set boundaries but also knowing some of the best ideas come from collaboration. Other strengths make me friendly by having an open style of communication all the while tending to be considerate, compassionate, and accepting of others. I build relationships that are warm, personal and lasting. The values I bring to an organization tend to be an overall big thinker, dependable team player, self-reliant, pioneering, creative approach to problem solving, along with service and people oriented. Overall, I see the practical and objective side of things in addition to being hardworking and persistent while willing to help those around me. I have 20+ years of experience in various Education settings, and I help organizations build, implement and evaluate complex programs for their communities. Ultimately, I get excited about opportunities where I identify a problem and brainstorm creative programs to help solve it.
