Accountable for all facets of studio operations including finance, marketing, social medita, events, staff management, sales, retail and operations. Prior to studio ownership, I acquired more than 10 years experience in marketing, working for leading media and retail companies, Cosmopolitan magazine, Martin + Osa (a subdivision of American Eagle Outfitters) and ALLOY Inc. in New York City, and AOL Inc in Dulles, VA. Upon returning to the DC-area, my love for Fitness quickly prompted me to transition from student to instructor. I hold two Pilates Mat certifications from Power Pilates, and Barre and Stick Barre certifications from Xtend Barre, TRX, abs BOSU certifications and I'm in the process of obtaining my Personal Training Certification. I'm passionate about sharing the MVMNT method, and have opened my studio as an outlet for fusing my passion for fitness with my ability to motivate, challenge and inspire students to enjoy the mind-body benefits of the method and push themselves beyond what they think is possible.
