About Natalie Talbot

Natalie is an adaptable and passionate leader who takes a people orientated approach to everything she does. She creates an environment in which people are championed to contribute, challenge and learn in order to deliver to a high standard. Natalie has over six years of experience in delivering public sector bids, routinely wearing several 'bid hats' to develop strategy, coordinate, manage, write, solution and review high quality proposals. Her experience spans the entire win work life cycle, including capture and pursuit. Her ability to facilitate and create winning strategies and tenders is built upon her experience as a research scientist and P3M/Controls consultant, throughout which she developed an eye for detail, exemplary writing skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders. This equips her with a unique blend of technical and soft skills which are essential in all aspects of win work. Further, Natalie is a SME across a range of controls and transformation specialisms as evidenced through an array of industry recognised qualifications. These include benefits management, business change, RAIDO management and agile working. Her client experience to date includes delivering within digital transformation environments across Defence Digital, Government Digital Services (GDS), Network Rail Telecoms (NRT), Fenix Rail and more.
