About Natalie Thompson

Hello, and welcome to my LinkedIn profile! I'm passionate about criminology and related fields, and I'm excited to connect with professionals who share a similar enthusiasm for ethics in criminal justice and restorative justice. With 4 years of experience at Toronto Metropolitan University finishing my Bachelor's degree, I've had the privilege of working on a variety of post-secondary projects that have allowed me to explore the foundational basis of Canada's Justice system, such as a deep dive into Eggerton Ryerson's involvement with segregated schools. These experiences have not only honed my research and project skills but have also fueled my curiosity to learn and grow in this ever-evolving field. My professional journey has taught me the importance of problem-solving and personal development. I firmly believe that continuous self-education and purposeful actions are the key to success in any endeavour. In my current role at Softek Computer Industries, I am responsible for collecting and reporting data for clients through internal data applications as well as Microsoft programs. I thrive on challenges and branching out to different fields - whether related to my degree or not. I'm a firm believer in the power of networking and collaboration. Connecting with like-minded professionals, sharing insights, and learning from one another is invaluable in our fast-paced world. So, please feel free to connect with me here, and let's start a meaningful conversation. When I'm not immersed in my professional life, I enjoy going to the gym, playing women's tackle football or enjoying the outdoors. These activities help me recharge and bring a fresh perspective to my work. Let's connect, share ideas, and explore potential opportunities together. I look forward to connecting with you and learning more about your journey!
