Welcome! I am always looking for ways to grow and showcase my skills. Recently, I have discovered my passion for building business relationships, value-added sales, and campaign planning and management. As a young professional, I am eager to learn my passions and develop my strategic selling skills. Currently, I am an Account Manager with Cargill in the B2B space. Specifically I work with accounts across the Midwest to supply them with specialty salt products. In this role, I manage over $26M of current business and work to prospect new business in my territory. In this role, I value the relationships I have built with my customers and that my customers have built with the company. Within my current role, I have also made time to explore another interest of mine in learning and development. Currently I am working on a sales training/onboarding curriculum for all new hires coming onto the Cargill salt team. Through hands-on internship experience, I have been the lead on multiple profit-generating projects. My first exposure to this at the Minnesota Daily involved creating and managing a fundraising campaign. I worked hard on creating digital marketing materials (owned & paid media) and prospecting for donors (LinkedIn and Facebook searches) prior to the launch of this campaign. Following the campaign, I was thrilled to reach our goal including an Alumni gift-matching program of I discovered my passion for consulting when I was hired at Allied Solutions following my summer internship with them to plan and execute a LinkedIn training program for the company's 120+ sales representatives. During one-on-one consultations with each representative, I assisted with updating profiles, company branding profiles, creating client-facing job descriptions and about summaries, as well as educating about the LinkedIn platform and social selling best practices. Platforms I have used: Salesforce, PowerBI, SAP, Tableau, MailChimp, Poppulo, IBM Connections, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Infor CRM, Canva Let's connect!
