About Natalie Wilcox

Natalie Wilcox has been involved in the real estate industry for over 17 years. She rst gained experience in residential and multi-family development here in the Treasure Valley from 2005-2010. Natalie began working at Caster Investment Group in 2012 as the Escrow & Marketing Coordinator and became a licensed real estate agent in 2013. She specialized in the sale and acquisition of self storage facilities and manufactured home and RV communities, and was a participating member in over $100 Million of commercial real estate transactions. Most recently Natalie joined Boise Premier Real Estate in November of 2019 as a licensed assistant to Brett Hughes, founder and managing broker. She assisted in the representation of a large new construction subdivision in South Meridian, working with several prominent local builders. In addition, she handled Brett's personal deals. Over the last 3 years she has been a participating member in over $78 Million of residential real estate transactions. Natalie graduated Cum Laude from Boise State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and an emphasis in Graphic Design.
