About Natalie Williams

I am an extremely motivated person driven by helping people and achieving the highest quality outcomes in all circumstances. I have many years’ experience in accounting and finance roles as outlined in 'Experience' below, which I have loved every minute of. Since reconciling my first set of accounts when I began in Finance at Prime Media Group I honestly couldn’t think of anything I would rather do. Like a psychologist who thrives on figuring out what makes people tick, I thrive on finding out what makes the finances ‘tick’ so to speak. No problem is ever too big or small, I will do everything in my power to get to the bottom of every discrepancy, figuring out the most efficient ways to process data through the financial system(s) and ensuring the accuracy of the output provided. I thoroughly enjoy a fast paced environment with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly. I strongly believe to do my job to the highest standard requires getting to know the ins and outs of the company I work for endeavoring to see the bigger picture and the role I play within the organisation. I understand that corporate culture is a very important aspect within a professional environment and keeping this in mind I maintain a strong focus on establishing a high standard of communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
