With 8+ years of experience across UX research and design, I bring a strategic, hands-on approach to building products that improve lives and empower underserved communities. Currently, I head UX strategy and execution at KeelWorks and across multiple cross-functional teams and initiatives within a mission-driven nonprofit. I spearhead research and design for four core platforms: an e-learning system, a community-driven forum, portfolio generator, and a ground-up design system - all built to support the unemployed and underemployed globally. I lead cross-functional teams of UX researchers, designers, and developers through the full agile lifecycle - promoting discovery research and early design strategy, and collaborating closely with product management and engineering to ensure alignment and seamless, iterative handoffs. By leveraging data-informed insights, accessibility standards, and a strong sense of user empathy, I help organizations connect vision to execution - building products that not only function but also resonate, engage, and uplift.
