About Natalya Haight

I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies from Pacific University. I am graduating this spring with my master's from George Fox University in Clinical Mental Health. Coursework included human growth and development, cultural foundations and justice, and human sexuality. I have experience working with adolescent boys in the judicial system as an intensive behavioral treatment counselor. Post graduation, I will apply for my associates and begin to obtain my Sex therapist and Sexual Educator Certification from the University of Michigan. My counseling approach is CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. I enjoy working with adolescents and teens. I try to create a safe space for clients to help them build their skills and help them find their way in this hectic world we currently live in. I am an active listener who uses curiosity, warmth, and thoughtfulness to explore your feelings and concerns. In therapy, there might be problem-solving, self-reflection, and homework. My passions within the therapy world are anxiety, depression, ADHD, sexual healing, and pleasure.
