Experienced teacher and teacher educator with a demonstrated history in school leadership (worked as an Independent School Principal), teacher education (worked as a full-time University Lecturer), educational research (published research articles in peer-reviewed educational journals), team leadership and entrepreneurship (worked as a director of an educational organization). Past experience as a mathematics teacher includes working with elementary and secondary students at both public and independent schools. As a teacher educator, worked both with university students who are on route to become teachers as well as with practicing teachers in schools, delivering professional development programs. As a Faculty Advisor in the university Teacher Education Program, mentored new teachers into the profession both at elementary and secondary school levels.
