About Natasha Babayan

With over 4 years of experience in business administration and program management, I am passionate about driving impactful HR programs and initiatives for Microsoft, especially for the Xbox Game Studios division. As a Business Program Manager, I work with the Limited Integration team to support the integration of acquired studios, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's culture, values, and policies. I also partner with various stakeholders across the organization to facilitate employee engagement, development, and retention. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my skills in Microsoft Technologies, SharePoint, and self-management, as well as my ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams and audiences. For example, as a Loaned Professional, I contributed to the Microsoft Philanthropies team by working with the Employee Giving Program, helping to raise funds and awareness for various causes and organizations. As a Business Administrator, I supported the Operations team by managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and reports, using Excel and other tools. I graduated with an MBA from Washington State University, with a focus on Marketing. I have also completed several certifications from LinkedIn Learning, such as Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding, Excel Essential Training, and Project Management. I am fluent in Russian, Armenian, and Spanish, and I have a keen interest in social sciences and philanthropy.
