I have 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, and retention. Some of my noteworthy career accomplishments include- Saving over in fiscal year (FY) 2019 by strengthening the sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills of in-house resources- Achieving a 100% retention rate for all Market (District) Managers sourced, screened, hired, and onboarded during my tenure within convenience retail- Increasing retention by over 30%, from 65% to 85%, within six periods amongst field-based roles. I have learned a lot throughout my journey, and I am happy to share that information with you! When I'm not working full-time as a Senior HR Business Partner in Big Tech supporting recruiting organizations globally, I am helping people navigate their own entrepreneurship paths through my company, The Business Recruiter.
