About Natasha Bracey

With over a decade of project management experience, I am passionate about delivering impactful projects that align with my values of sustainability and regeneration. Currently, I am a Project Management Specialist in the Real Estate department at TransLink, where I contribute to the Adjacent and Integrated Development team. My role involves ensuring that projects near TransLink infrastructure are completed safely and efficiently, supporting the continued growth of the region's transit network. I also manage TransLink's Park and Ride portfolio, providing convenient parking at key transit hubs to encourage public transit use and reduce reliance on personal vehicles. This work directly supports sustainable transportation and helps lower the region’s carbon footprint. Beyond my work with TransLink, I am proud to be part of Taurus Land Care, a local gardening and landscaping company based in Vancouver and on Keats Island, BC. Taurus Land Care was born out of the philosophy that modern gardening styles are unsustainable and must evolve. Represented by the big pink bull, Taurus Land Care creates outdoor spaces that are adaptable to a changing climate, offer habitats for native fauna, and conserve natural resources. The company emphasizes the interconnectedness of all living things, highlighting that our natural environments are an integral part of our identities—proving that wilderness is not without us. Previously, as a Project Manager at Shaw Communications, I led a team of engineers and deployment experts to build a unique WiFi network for transit facilities, trains, and buses. This project enhanced connectivity for commuters, promoted public transportation, and aligned with my passion for creating a more connected and sustainable future. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, where I honed critical thinking and communication skills that I bring to every project. I excel at stakeholder engagement, using innovative project coordination tools, and fostering collaboration within diverse teams. I am always eager to learn, recently earning a Permaculture Design Certification and Agile Foundations through LinkedIn Learning. My goal is to continue supporting projects that enhance urban infrastructure, foster sustainable landscapes, and contribute to a regenerative future.
