About Natasha Didenko

Hi, I’m Tash, and I am passionate about people, and the potential they offer to businesses. I have successive experiences carrying out workplace needs assessments, contract management, leading teams, inspiring greatness, and creating workplace environments that advocates for their wellbeing. A talent who likes to push boundaries, to test new approaches and collaborate with teams to deliver progressive people functions, I have a solid foundation in human resources and operations. Deeply empathetic, a great listener, I advocate for employee voice in business change. Quick-to-learn and deliver positive impacts, I work in synergy with wider HR teams. Ambitious, progressive and with strong drive to make an impact, I have a resourcefulness, resilience and humility respected by others, and a realism-pragmatism that overcomes challenges. I am currently open to new opportunities. Get in touch to discuss more!
