About Natasha Dimova

At Pikasa Analytics, my expertise has been instrumental in producing high-quality policy briefs and reports across Central Asia, the Baltic states, Bangladesh, and the Western Balkans. Our work has significantly contributed to understanding political narratives, disinformation, and their societal impacts at both national and regional levels. As an experienced project manager with over 9 years in the field, I have managed and participated in more than five large-scale projects, totaling over €3 million in funding. As part of MCIC and SELDI network, we have further strengthened regional efforts in good governance and anti-corruption. Concurrently, as President and Legal Representative of Stella Network, I lead initiatives that support over 200 mentors and mentees, fostering gender equality, community engagement, and mentorship programs. Through these efforts, we cultivate strategic partnerships that drive meaningful change. With deep expertise in interviewing, reporting, and policy development, I remain committed to transparency, accountability, and impactful policy work in all my professional endeavors.
