With over 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing and business development, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who drives growth and innovation in the industry. I currently work as the Regional Director of Business Development at NHCA, a leading provider of healthcare management and consulting solutions in post acute care. In this role, I am responsible for census growth, strategic planning, network development, marketing initiatives, and oversight and implementation of value-based care initiatives in Connecticut and Massachusetts. I also coach and manage the sales and admissions team, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. I have successfully supported and managed multiple skilled nursing facilities in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and previously in Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. I have also established and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as hospitals, physicians, payers, and community organizations. My analytical skills, creative thinking, and collaborative approach enable me to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and partners.
