About Natasha Fields

I have been incredibly fortunate to hold a variety of positions within USAA during my tenure with the company. I started off in an entry level position and worked my way up through leadership and eventually the business side. I am passionate about my work and take pride in my work product. I have held the position of Claims Advisor SR/ Operations Officer, Strategy & Planning Manager, Claims Operations Manager, Auto Property and Casualty Adjuster, both Non Injury and Injury Claims. I am passionate about leading by example and ensuring not only an outstanding member and customer experience but also employee experience. I was in the insurance industry 9 years and have obtained a vast knowledge of the industry itself and sustained a lasting passion for member service and mission. I am proud to have experience and knowledge of member facing roles and the privilege to support members first hand. Excelling in those roles, I was able to challenge myself and transition to the business and planning side vs. implementation. I supported USAAs executive leadership, and working along side AVP & VP for Property Claims, in supporting a wide variety of tasks, developing and implementing a magnitude of changes within PNC to better prepare and be a company for the future in terms of technology and coming into the digital age. Prior to my current role I was very involved in social work and outreach within my community. I held the position of case manager for the state. I worked with the state in ensuring that our clients obtained and sustain meaningful employment and became self sufficient. I have worked with the Children's Advocacy Center early on in my career. I held the role of parent mentor in which I met with and provided parents who had faced challenges in respect to their children's and their security. I provided parenting courses and lessons and would assist in a variety of ways to help these parents come to a comfortable place in their roles. I worked closely with the department of protective services and assisted on cases of abuse and neglect. I have experience in process and project management and have worked closely with boards of directors in development of process and procedures to benefit business and customer needs. I hold an undergraduate degree in Sociology, a Masters Degree of Business Administration (MBA) and currently pursing my Doctorate Degree in Business Organization and Management, as well as my Project Management Certification. I am passionate about continuing to develop yourself and challenge yourself when it comes to continuing education
