With over 15 years of experience leading operations for U.S-focused private funds, I thrive on building structure, driving growth, and ensuring every detail supports the bigger picture. As Head of Operations at Steepe & Co, I oversee accounting, investor relations, vendor partnerships, and marketing for both an Investment Fund Manager and an Exempt Market Dealer. Since helping launch the firm in 2007, I’ve focused on refining our operational framework and ensuring compliance across both Canadian and U.S. markets—earning the trust of retail & institutional investors through consistency, integrity, and transparency. My path began in the world of Art & Design after graduating from OCAD University. Working in sales and showroom management in the U.S. taught me how to lead a sales team and deliver exceptional client experiences—skills I apply every day in finance.
