I am hard-working, and a highly committed professional who has started at the bottom of the work-force “food chain” and has worked my way up, by committing myself to my position and approaching each situation and/or client in a professional and courteous manner, whilst building a great rapport with clients/customers/fellow staff etc. I started out in Administration in the Transport Industry and after being given the chance to develop and hone in on my skills, I quickly transitioned over into Community Services, where I quickly found my passion for helping people within the field of Employment Services and Career Development. Throughout my time helping people achieve job or career success, I have found that mindset, specifically, creating and maintaining a positive mindset, has the power to achieve exceptional results. I am also an avid learner who wholeheartedly believes that education is the key to success within any industry. I am always eager to learn and am very keen to, whilst expanding my knowledge and skills that I already possess, to be “thrown in the deep end” in an opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge.
