Member of Washington/Ozaukee County Mental Health Coalition and the Substance Use Coalition. Skills include Motivational Interviewing and Teen Intervene Program. Academic: RtI program, school-wide PBIS, academic support referral, IEP plan development, 504 management and PSAT, AP, PARCC, Explore, PLAN and PSAE test administration. Social: individual counseling, crisis counseling, and coordination with community resources. Small group facilitator to impress resiliency and stress management skills. Career: Career Cluster updates, career exploration lessons, career training options, goal-setting, and job seeking skill development. Student (group and individual) planning of post-secondary pathways.
