With over 22 years of experience in dentistry, I’ve grown from a trainee dental nurse in a single-surgery practice to a Centre Operations Manager supporting and developing 60 dental practices. My journey has been shaped by a strong passion for people, continuous growth, and a commitment to excellence. Throughout my career, I’ve built strong working relationships and long-lasting friendships, driven by collaboration, trust, and mutual respect. I’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible peers whose support has helped me develop the skills and confidence to lead, inspire, and make a positive impact across teams and practices. I’m dedicated to helping others succeed, always striving to bring out the best in myself and those around me.
