About Natasha Williams

An an experienced leader of people and projects across a variety of sectors, I have a proven track record of delivering on my objectives. My ability to lead people and develop a strong cohesive team culture is integral to my success. I have trained and developed my staff, often leading to their own progression and promotion within and outside our organisation. I am people focused and pride myself on empowering people to achieve positive outcomes. In my most recent role, I manage a front-line enquiries team for the regulatory body of social care workers in Wales. During this time, the Register has taken on new groups and expanded in increments to a total of 500% of it’s original size. I have managed my team to consistently deliver on our KPIs and SLAs, with increasing volumes and while navigating the challenges presented by the COVID pandemic. I have experience with a range of CRMs and have been involved in the development of new functionality as well as roll-out testing. Effective communication skills are one of my strongest attributes, working well with colleagues, customers and key stakeholders, and have managed conflict resolution at all levels. I am accredited in Agile Project Management, and have utilised these techniques both in day-to-day work as well as larger organisation projects.
