About Nate Devault

A born bear-poker and researcher dedicated to creating solutions that make a difference. From a young age I was the type of kid that would take apart a drill just to see if I could put it back together (.I couldn't, but in my defense, I was 7). 30 years later, that unflinching curiosity has evolved into a position where I have the privilege of leading a hand picked team of talented professionals to research, design, and build solutions for complex problems (the bigger the better!). Together we've managed to not just solve problems for thousands of people, but also touch the lives of countless others. and we're just getting warmed up. I love the feeling of looking at the world through a solutions focused lens, or helping someone understand a topic in such a way that you get to watch dots actively connect in someone's mind. Often underestimated with a subtle style of leadership paired with deft hand and ideas that may sound unconventional at first, but end up working out (usually). I'm fascinated by languages, science, and medical technology. To let off steam, I make bourbon, build furniture, snowboard, and cook. I value people and time above all.
