I Believe in People First. At the heart of everything I do is a simple truth: people are the key to success. Whether I’m building training programs, guiding a team, or supporting someone on their journey, I believe that prioritizing people unlocks potential in ways nothing else can. Life has given me incredible opportunities to witness the power of connection and growth. I’ve traveled the world, met tribal leaders in Africa, and served as a 4-H leader in my local community. I’ve built businesses and training departments from the ground up and taken on roles in sales, construction, and Organizational Development. Through it all, one thing has remained constant—my commitment to helping others thrive. As a husband, father, and leader, I’m inspired every day by the people around me. They push me to grow, to think bigger, and to lead with empathy and purpose. My passion lies in creating spaces where people feel supported, heard, and equipped to succeed—whether that’s in the workplace, the classroom, or life. I’m driven by a vision of what’s possible when we put people first. It’s not just about achieving goals; it’s about building something meaningful, together.
