I’m a seasoned financial services industry leader with nearly 15 years of experience dedicated to developing and executing social sales enablement programs that drive results. For over a decade, I served as a social sales enablement director, where I successfully led a multi-thousand-user social sales enablement program within the highly regulated financial services industry. My efforts focused on empowering financial professionals to harness the power of social selling, resulting in increased engagement and the acquisition of new clients. Now, as the Social and Compliance Programs Director at Seismic, I bring this rich history of success to a broader stage. I oversee the business strategy for our innovative social selling solution, an offering I know firsthand as its first customer. This unique perspective allows me to connect with our clients authentically, offering actionable insights and strategies tailored to their needs. In parallel, I lead the compliance strategy for our financial services clients, ensuring that our solutions address evolving regulatory requirements. I’m adept at navigating the complexities of regulated environments, driving innovation while maintaining strict adherence to industry standards. When I’m not working with our amazing financial services customers, I’m very passionate about my family, my alma mater the University of Washington Huskies football team, and all Texas BBQ. Fun fact about myself, I have traveled to 46 of 50 states in the United States and for those wondering currently, Arkansas, Vermont, South Dakota, and North Dakota are my remaining states to visit, Arkansas should be the easiest to cross off next as it borders my current home state, Texas.
