I am a highly dynamic and adaptable professional with four years of compliance experience, database administration, and a growing GIS and database proficiency. I have a strong interest in geospatial data and analytics. I have a BA in psychology (2014) and recently completed a BS in Geospatial Information Science (2021). I also help with GIS integrations as well as custom client workflow automation and reporting. In my prior occupation as Compliance Director at YWCA of the Mohawk Valley, my department managed grant contracts valued cumulatively at $1-$2M. We were responsible for implementing policies and procedures aimed at increasing inter-agency collaboration, efficiency, and accountability with regard to the grant contract requirements. I coordinated across several different program and administrative teams to ensure all grant contract requirements were met. My most notable accomplishment was selecting, implementing, and maintaining the agency's first client database called EmpowerDB. Aside from my grant contract responsibilities, I was also the Lead Database Administrator. Along with my assistant, we worked to ensure all staff was properly trained and that all reporting tools functioned to our team's satisfaction within the database.
