About Nate Rahmeier

Nate is the Founder and Managing Partner of Peak Advisory Consulting. For over 15 years, he has had the privilege to advise top-tiered Fortune 500 companies on their organizational and People/HR needs. As a lifelong health enthusiast, a collegiate ad junct professor, and former sport coach, Nate strives to partner with his clients and the team he leads to reach their fullest potential. Nate brings these passions, along with the endurance and perseverance learned as a distance runner, to help clients through their toughest business challenges. Through his time at PwC and in boutique consulting, he has worked with industry-leading organizations to solve a variety of Org and People/HR strategy, process improvement, technology and people-related challenges during the financial crisis, growth stages, and the pandemic. He has extensive experience across multiple industries, tools, technology, and processes. Nate holds his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law, and his Bachelors degree from the University of Kansas School of Business. He is deeply committed to family and friends, especially his wife Annie, and their four children Ruth, Henry, Auggie and Lucy (and two large cats).
