As a Consulting Operations Coordinator at RSM US LLP, I leverage my entrepreneurial, project management, and marketing skills to support the delivery of high-quality consulting services to business needs across various industries. I have over three years of experience in this role, where I coordinate and manage the operations of multiple consulting projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the business’s objectives, timelines, and budgets. Prior to joining RSM US LLP, I was the Managing Partner of The New Plant Co, a local retail nursery. For over three years, I was responsible for planning and implementing the daily operations, developing and executing the branding, social media marketing, and wholesale programs, and handling the customer relations and communications. I also have a bachelor's degree in Art History and Fine Art from Coe College, where I co-managed and planned various creative projects and events at the Center for Creativity. My passion for art and business drives me to seek innovative and collaborative solutions that enhance the value and impact of the organizations I work with.
