About Nate Tran

I love improving processes and I do it well. This all starts with a curiosity on the process and the question,"Why?". From there, we'll start exploring the processes and really understand the situation before anything else happens. Once I've got my sights set on a project, then I'll see it to the end! I'm a data driven and resourceful analyst who is passionate about making, not just processes better but the workplace better. From fairly humble beginnings, I have grown my skills through different industries, such as Legal, Hospitality and now Finance, taking a bit from each industry. I have always challenged myself to do better and when there is a gap in knowledge or skill preventing my advancement forward then I'll teach myself the required skills or know how to overcome it! The joys in my work, so far, has been seeing the improvements I've made in the workplace benefit real people and not just the business. From saving time, cost or effort, there is always a person at the end of it that benefits by having their job made more simple and streamline! When I'm not pursing improvements, you can most likely find me learning additional skills in Microsoft Excel, being overrun by my pets or just casual enjoying being 'present' and appreciating where I am at this point in my life!
