Nate Yetton is an established music executive and respected leader in A&R. As Vice President of A&R at Big Loud Records, he is spearheading the label’s expansion beyond country into Americana, folk, indie and alternative music. In this role, Yetton has been instrumental in developing and signing artists such as Stephen Wilson Jr, Charles Wesley Godwin, Kashus Culpepper, and Zandi Holup, shaping the next generation of authentic voices.Previously, Yetton founded Sensibility Music, an artist-driven label and management company where he guided the rise of The Civil Wars, one of the most acclaimed duos of the 2010s, who went on to win four Grammy Awards. Under Sensibility, he also supported the careers of Birdtalker and Braison Cyrus, cementing his reputation for fostering talent with integrity and vision.Earlier in his career, Yetton held leadership roles at EMI CMG, Fairtrade Services, and InPop Records, where he built expertise in both creative development and label strategy.Beyond his professional achievements, Yetton is a devoted father of two, balancing industry leadership with a strong grounding in family life.
