Background
About Nathalie McLean
I'm Nathalie, I live in San Antonio Texas. I have been working in education for seven years with my present job at Judson Independent School District. I work with at risk youth as a drop-out specialist. Making youth believe in education is our main goal. Now a days our youth are not focusing on their education due to hardships in their lives. Parents are not as supported and youth don't feel like education is important. Our main goal is to bring back the importance of an education and show our youth how they can do so much more with it. Today's youth have hard lives and go through stressful situation, having an education should be the easiest thing for them to obtain. We go out and research programs that offer other options to help students achieve their education. We were fortunate to have Hoetop from Hustle University to come to our school district in 2018 to speak to our administrators on making school an enjoyable place for children and how to treat them. He also spoke to our Alternative Students and how special and bright they are.
