Engaged and passionate professional, I have been evolving for over 25 years at the intersection of employee experience, digital transformation, workplace innovation, and public service. Currently serving as Head of Workplace Experience Office France at Sanofi, I oversee all tertiary sites and cross-functional services in France — including the company car fleet — ensuring an exemplary employee experience that integrates innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. My previous roles have enabled me to build strong expertise in management, project leadership, and quality assurance, across diverse domains such as customer service, workplace environments, IT systems, and telecommunications. In parallel with my corporate career, I am also Deputy Mayor of Courbevoie and Departmental Councillor for Hauts-de-Seine, where I am deeply involved in education, youth, and after-school policy development. My community and association involvement reflects a strong commitment to driving positive change for the collective good.
