I love how technology can be used to empower and enrich individuals in their every day lives. This passion means I place people, the users, at the heart of everything I do through product development and technology insertion. I understand that products built on user needs will always be needed, and value the importance of user education and experience; which are often critical factors in increasing product uptake and retention. The heart of technology is the people who hold it in their hands. I thrive on opportunities to make sound, strategic decisions, grow return on investments and disrupt the market with differentiating technologies and approaches. To achieve this, building the right team with the right mindset is key; everything comes back to people… I have built and led multi-disciplinary teams across international diversities to achieve the best results for the business. I know what it takes to unify people on common objectives and priorities, to drive mutually beneficial decision-making, and deliver technical strategy, all to ensure successful outcomes. By balancing the needs of the profit and loss, and managing the return on investments, I prioritise the innovation space of those working for me so that we continue to emphasise the excitement and fun that comes from exploring and using new technology.
