Background

About Nathan Beerbower

I am driven by creating clarity in chaos—bringing structure, calm, and decisive action to complex technical and organizational challenges. At my best, I lead with courage, clarity, and trust, equipping teams with the context and support they need to protect the business and move it forward with confidence. I focus first on my team, knowing that empowered people create better outcomes for customers and the organization. My leadership is grounded in service and accountability. I believe leaders exist to enable teams by setting clear priorities, removing obstacles, and stepping in when necessary to ensure results. I bring deep technical expertise that allows me to understand risk at both an enterprise and technical level—and the courage to confront it, articulate it clearly, and act on it. This combination enables me to challenge accepted risk and drive decisive, informed action, and serve as a trusted partner to both technical teams and senior leaders. In my most recent role, I have helped build and scale enterprise security capability, including standing up GRC and Security Engineering functions. Prior to this, I served nine years in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant and leading teams in high-risk, mission-critical environments. Across my career, I have built and led technical teams, strengthened security posture, and consistently earned increased responsibility through trust, accountability, and results.
