I am a financial manager specializing in business intelligence (BI) with 11 years of experience in the consulting space. I currently lead the development and maintenance of a suite of 21 Tableau dashboards for the financial department, saving an estimated $2.4-6.0M in man-hours per year. I also supervise a portfolio of accounts worth over $130M, leveraging domain knowledge in financial planning and visualization tools like Power BI, as well as a team of 25 data and financial analysts focused on providing our internal clients with white-glove, CFO-quality financial advisor-ship. My team and I have allowed our accounts to more than double in revenue and profit a span of 3 years. And when we faced a major downturn, our strategic consulting helped our clients to replace 90% of lost revenue in just one year. Previously, I've headed a special initiative to increase profit on all account within my $1 billion sector, increasing overall profit dollars earned by 5%. I've also spearheaded the implementation of an Integrify workflow system to automate account payables processes for the entire practice and converted the department from an Outlook and Skype centric use case to Microsoft Teams. Finally, I've been asked on a number of occasions to head new hire trainings to ensure our analysts are the best equipped right out of the gate, leading cohort studies and upskill experienced hires with personal productivity and remote work best practices.
