I have been working in the surface finishing industry for over 20 years across North America. My work has been a strategic focus on Capital Equipment and Engineered Systems for OEM market and aftermarket segments. Wire & cable, Band Saw Blades, Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Medical, Agricultural, Firearms, Defense, Military, Aerospace, 3D printing / Rapid Prototyping / Additive Manufacturing and Construction/Mining industries to name a few. Also utilizing a CRM platform for sales analytics and lead generation and follow up. Utilizing a customer first, consultative solution provider approach, I understand fully what the customers pain and needs are to offer them the best solution for the Job To Be Done methodology. While also helping organizations drive forward for the future with strategic initiatives and vision. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other individuals. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client to understand their business objectives, challenges and issues. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow to put together and offer a business fit and a strategic plan.
