About Nathan Bussberg

While I never set out on this path to work for an exterior remodeling company, here I am. I started wanting to coach, train, and teach. Teaching people is a passion of mine and if you follow along my career path (even from the beginning) you can see teaching has been at the forefront of them all. Teaching, coaching, or training can all be used interchangeably in my case. I love to help someone grow and develop past my capabilities. The most gratification I can receive is from a once student, now colleague calling about a recent success in his or her life. Being a stoic personality, when something matters I address it. I rarely move up or down with emotional swings. However, when I say something you know that I mean something. Anything I have ever done in life has been done with success in mind. I set out to achieve goals and set the standards. I have broken nearly every "rookie" record at every company I have been a part of - simply because when I see a goal, I hit that goal. That's not where it stops. When I beat that record, I teach the next class how to break my record. I'm dedicated to winning, I'm dedicated to myself, and I'm loyal to whoever sees worth in me and my calling.
