Having spent the past 11 years dedicated to facilitating work based learning opportunities for young adults within the North East - I currently hold a dynamic and satisfying career, engaging with employers in-order-to highlight the benefits in providing practical, work-based placement opportunities for young people within the Tees Valley. The intention being that those I appropriately match with employers can demonstrate how they can positively add to company productivity whilst gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience they can apply to their own progression into employment. My contributions towards the provision for youth employment within the Tees Valley area provides me with a rewarding and gratifying career of which I am proud of. Past employment has predominantly consisted of merging employer liaison with the delivery of employability skills, using knowledge and experience within the outdoor industry as a tool for both learning development and customer experiences. A very enthusiastic individual with a passion and drive to continuously improve and develop. Adaptable and quick to exploit any opportunities that arise from being up-to-date with labour market conditions and modern methods of workload management.I look forward to seeing what the future holds within such an exciting and rewarding vocational training industry!Nathan
