I am passionate about data, technology, reading, being left handed in a right handed world, creative problem solving and baseball. Not all at once, of course. As a Senior Program Manager on the Network and Demand Management team for Microsoft Advertising I work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering and sales) to create best in class insights and scalable solutions to meet the needs of our partners. This includes customer segmentation, vertical insights, developing and evangelizing the value proposition of our products, product engagements, unlocking efficiencies and optimizations, and partner enablement through actionable data and insights. I leverage data every single day to objectively and creatively find solutions for our partners. With over a decade of experience in multiple digital disciplines, I have a passion for utilizing data to create lasting solutions. I am comfortable in ambiguity and not having a clear way to solve a problem. I love digital media because of the velocity and constant need to disrupt and reinvent the industry. I have had the opportunity to develop a well-rounded and deep understanding of digital media by spending time across the industry; from start-ups to platforms and publishers to agencies, I understand how to cultivate relationships to drive successful results in the digital medium.
