Nathan Casserly is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate (OC)- one of South Australia’s leading real estate brands. Established in 2014, OC is a dynamic and innovative firm specialising in residential sales, property management, and project marketing. OC has grown to a team of 170+ professionals, managing nearly investment properties and consistently selling over 1,400 homes each year. OC has also been recognised nationally, winning prestigious accolades including: REA #1 Agency in Australia (2024) REISA #1 Large Agency in Australia (2025) After six years as a schoolteacher, Nathan entered the real estate industry in 2007. He holds a Diploma of Management, a Bachelor of Education, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Nathan is known for his insatiable appetite for learning and has embedded a ‘learn-it-all’ culture across the business. He is a regular presenter at industry conferences and an active mentor to the next generation of property professionals, many of whom are part of the OC team. Thriving in fast-paced environments like the property market, Nathan is respected for his clear communication, reliability, auctioneering excellence, and exceptional negotiation skills. Driven by OC’s purpose, to help people realise their dreams and aspirations through property, Nathan continues to push for innovation and progress in a rapidly evolving industry. Outside of work, Nathan is married to Rachel and is the proud father of two daughters, Annabel and Audrey. He prioritises health, family, and adventure, and actively contributes to his local communities.
