Throughout my career across Retirement Communities, Long-Term Care, Adult Day Programs, and Community-Based Services, I’ve championed the shift from institutional care to intentional living. I’ve worked hands-on with exceptional teams, coaching and empowering them to go beyond the expected — to bring life, vibrancy, and respect back into the lives of seniors.
